The current trust was established by Jimmy Lay who is a well-known and respected business man within the Darwin community, with over 30 years of experience in retail and property development.

Humble Beginnings
Starting from humble beginnings with his brothers, Jimmy’s joint ventures include the acquistion of Uncle Sams Takeaway and Anula Supermarket in the early 90’s, then moving onto the development of Howard Springs & Humpty Doo Shopping Centres in 1994.
Fast forward to today, Jimmy has driven a wide range of development and investment projects across the Darwin region.
